TEAM CALIBRATE

Team Calibrate's goal is to go through the raid more casually, with less expectations, less involvement, a more free-roll mentality for loot but still getting the achievement. Although more relaxed, it is still a progression team, meaning it is not open to all and will require a minimal level of commitment and self improvement.

The team raids once a week and focuses on gearing up first and reclearing weekly. Calibrate starts the raid on Normal and then progresses into Heroic. Depending on how things evolve as the weeks go by, a lockout might be extended or skips may happen.

• Have a knowledge of your class

• Be willing to learn and constantly improve

• Have consumables and enchants

• Help yourself and others improve, especially if playing the same class.

• Jump on keys with teammates and help everyone get some gear.

• Be patient with yourselves and others. Not everyone progresses at the same level, and this team is meant to be taken more casually. Bosses will go down if we all work together! Keeping a fun atmosphere will make it much more fun for everybody.

• Take criticism and be open to improvement.

• Show up on time and ready for raid!
